§ 2-498. Changes to fund structure and use.

Changes to the structure and use of the EDF shall be by amendment to the ordinance from which this division is derived. Changes to the target assets level set out in section 2-496 and to the economic development incentives policy referred to in the recitals and in this division may be made by resolution without the necessity of amending this division.
