§ 2-497. Accounting for receipts and expenditures.

As soon as possible after June 30 of each year, the economic development director with the assistance of the finance director will present an accounting of monies received into and expenditures out of the EDF, indicating the purpose and payee of each incentive expenditure, and the names of the recipients of loans, the site involved, and the nature of the technical assistance provided. This accounting will be submitted to the economic development board, the county administrator, and the county council. Projects may be identified by name or confidential project number.
