§ 2-277. Term of office.

Latest version.

The term of office of the appointees to the board of the authority shall be coterminous with the term of office of the councilmember making the appointment; provided, however, that the appointing councilmember reserves the right to remove his appointee during the term of office of the appointee subject to the approval of a majority of the county council.
