§ 2-103. Ordinances and resolutions to be printed.

(a)

Annually, all ordinances and resolutions of the council passed during the proceeding 12 months shall be printed and made available for public distribution through office of the council by the clerk to council in accordance with S.C. Code 1976, as amended.

(b)

All proceedings of council shall be complied, indexed, codified, published by title and made available to public inspection at the office of the clerk to council. The clerk to council shall maintain a permanent record of all ordinances adopted and shall furnish a copy of such record to the clerk of court for filing in that office. Ordinances to be codified shall be those deemed to be of a general and permanent nature.
