§ 2-102. Effective date of ordinances and resolutions.

Latest version.

The effective date of each ordinance or resolution passed by the council shall be on the day that the ordinance is given third reading or the date the resolution is adopted unless the effective date of such ordinance or resolution is set out in the ordinance or resolution.
