§ 16-2. Fees imposed for deployment of county fire rescue equipment to motor vehicle accidents involving a vehicle not registered in the county.

There is hereby established a fee schedule for the deployment of Dorchester County Fire Rescue Department personnel and equipment to motor vehicle accidents in unincorporated Dorchester County involving a vehicle that is not registered in the county. The fee schedule is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as fully as if set out verbatim.
