§ 8-39. Rate and classification.

The license fee for each class of business shall be computed in accordance with the rates provided in the county rate tables on file with the county clerk and attached herein. Major groups of businesses included in each class are listed with the major group number according to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), as attached, with definition as provided under section 8-67. The license inspector shall determine the proper class for a business according to NAICS.
