§ 8-19. License required.

Every person engaged or intending to engage in any calling, business, occupation or profession listed in the rate classification index portion of this article, in whole or in part, within the county outside the limits of any incorporated municipality which has a business license ordinance is required to pay an annual license fee and obtain a county business license as herein provided.
