§ 8-1. Prohibited operating hours for certain establishments serving alcohol.

All commercial establishments allowing the on-premises consumption of beer, ale, porter, wine or alcoholic liquor are prohibited from operating between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Mondays through Sundays. Any conviction for a violation of this section is punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.00 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both.
