§ 38-192. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Public supported building means any building, facility or place used by any person, group of persons, or agency funded in whole or in part with public funds from the government of the county.

Smoking means any lighted cigarette, cigar, pipe or other lighted smoking material.
