§ 38-91. Failure to obtain permit.

Any person convicted for failure to secure a driveway permit prior to construction of a driveway over, under or across public streets, rights-of-way or property controlled by the county shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
