§ 36-144. Classifications of property and determination of utility fee.

All parcels included, save and except parcels being used as a public or private cemetery for the burial of human remains, agricultural real property as defined in S.C. Code 1976, § 12-43-230, as amended, provided that the agricultural real property meet the requirements set forth in S.C. Code 1976, § 12-43-232, as amended, and any other parcel of real property upon which no buildings, structures, or other improvements have been placed.
