§ 34-111. Severability; effective date.

Latest version.

Should any section, paragraph, or provision of this section be adjudged invalid or held unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall not affect the validity of this article as a whole or any part or provisions thereof, other than the part or provisions so decided to be invalid or unconstitutional.

This article, as amended, shall take effect upon favorable third reading [March 4, 2013] by Dorchester County Council.
