§ 34-106. Short title, authority and purpose and enactment clause.

This article shall be referred to as the Dorchester County Litter Control Ordinance and is enacted under the home rule powers of the county council to provide remedies and penalties for illegal litter and dumping as defined herein, in the unincorporated areas of the county and to provide authority for the county code enforcement department to enforce the provisions of this article.
