§ 34-73. Penalties.

(a)

Any person who violates the provision of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

(b)

If the solid waste user fee is unpaid and referred for collection to an outside agency and/or attorney, the property owner, to the extent permitted by law, will pay all cost including reasonable attorney fees.

(c)

The solid waste department reserves the right to charge a reasonable handling fee on any check returned by the bank for insufficient funds or is otherwise unpaid.
