§ 34-62. Annual solid waste fees.

Adopted for system operation and maintenance; determination based upon classification and generated waste volume. The county council sets the following annual solid waste recycling and disposal user fees. The annual solid waste recycling and disposal user fees shall be determined based upon the classification of the property and/or the average volume of solid waste generated per week of the year during which the annual solid waste recycling and disposal user fee is imposed. Fees and classifications shall be as established from time to time by ordinance.
