There is hereby created the county aeronautics board, to be composed of seven residents of the county who shall be appointed by the county council. Each of the seven county councilmembers shall select a member for this board. The person chosen may reside in any council district. The terms of the members shall coincide with that of the county council district representative. The councilmember may remove his appointee on the aeronautics board at his discretion.
