§ 28-1. Prohibited alcohol consumption.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic liquor, beer, wine or possess any open container of the same at any public boat landing in the county not licensed for on-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages.

(b)

Any person found to have violated this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
