§ 10-29. Violation.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of this article or the regulations issued pursuant to the authority contained herein, or to willfully obstruct, hinder or delay any member of the civil emergency organization in the performance or enforcement of the provisions of this article or any regulation issued thereunder. Any person found in violation of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
